Nationwide Curbside Shipping is a curbside service, available for $149 to the continental United States, Eligible item(s) totaling $1499 or greater will ship FREE, however some zones may incur a freight surcharge. We will notify you of any applicable surcharge prior to shipping. Items are shipped via common freight carrier from Big Sandy Distribution Center. Curbside service includes delivery to the driveway or doorstep to the address provided at time of purchase. Nationwide Curbside Shipping service is signature required.The designated freight carrier will contact you directly to arrange the final delivery date.

Before Accepting delivery of your merchandise, please consider the following:

• Orders delivered with Big Sandy Superstore's Nationwide Curbside Shipping are NOT eligible for return, exchange or refund.
• If your merchandise appears to have suffered significant damage during transit, do not accept the delivery.
• Scuffs and scrapes occur during transit and should be noted on the delivery receipt before accepting delivery.
• After signing for and accepting your item as damage free, inspect contents thoroughly for any concealed damage.
• Concealed damages must be reported immediately after accepting delivery.
• Items are eligible for and subject to service calls if needed post delivery.

Return Policy

A receipt and return authorization is required for all returns, exchanges and refunds. Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund and refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original payment. Refunds, exchanges and re-selections are issued once the item is received and inspected.

• A one-time reselection, of equal or greater value, or return is allowed within 3 days of receipt of merchandise. Your reselection must occur within 7 days after contacting your local Big Sandy Superstore.
• Delivery is a service and the delivery fee is non-refundable. A new delivery fee will be applied to all reselections and returns.
• All cancelled orders and/or returned merchandise will be charged a 30% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Custom order items are not eligible for return or reselection.
• Orders delivered with Big Sandy Superstore's nationwide delivery are NOT eligible for return.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once they have shipped. If the delivery is refused customer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with the order.
• Mattresses, Mattress Foundations, Bedding and/or Miscellaneous Mattress/Bedding accessories are not eligible for return.

*Special orders are defined as merchandise available from the manufacturer, but not in-stock at Big Sandy Superstore, specifically selected by the customer.

Cancellation Policy

Routinely stocked items may be cancelled for a full refund or credit up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. This does not apply to floor models and clearance items, as the sale of these items is considered final. Special Orders, Table pads, Parts, Throw Pillows, and Fabric orders may not be cancelled.

Refunds

All authorized refunds of payments made by credit card will be credited to the originally charged credit card account within five (5) business days. If you paid by cash or check, you will be issued a check within ten (10) business days. Please note: Refunds requiring the return of any products taken possession of are dependent on said return. The allowable business days for refund processing begin upon the receipt of the products being returned.

Clearance merchandise includes the following: Floor models, Discontinued products, Merchandise with some irregularity or cosmetic defect in wood, fabric or other material that took place while on the showroom floor, during shipping, while in the warehouse or during the manufacturing process and Tent Sale Merchandise. All Clearance Merchandise sales are final; no returns, no refunds or exchanges are accepted.
